Default Towing the Mustang...Remove Speedo??

Moving back to NY (From Cali), and I am going to tow my Mustang on a car dolly on the back of my Explorer....

To avoid the miles, I am thinking of pulling the speedo gear out the tranny.....do you agree?

Also, any advice for using a car dolly would be appreciated too.....

Nope, pull the driveshaft out and plug the tranny. Then you will good to go. I use a trailer everytime I pull mine.

why even do that???^^^..if using a tow dolly back it onto the tow dolly allowing the front wheels to be on the ground..that's what i'VE DONE BEFORE.......that way no removal of anything is necessary

Lol. That works too. I just always had this thing with the steering wondering around and I don't like to lock the wheel either so ehh. I havn't ever had to use a dolly so I would take the advice with the guy with experience. ^

Yes, I read that part. Justin, how is that owned? I meant in miles. So what if it racks up a few hundred miles. It's not like it's a freaking classic car. Not worth the bother or worry IMO!

MIke I see you're busy too huh? [:@]
