how fast are them chebbies?
LSx's are no joke really. It's extremely easy to make them into 10 second cars with a few bolt ons. And they can handle a 250 shot of juice with ease. I try not to mess with them unless I'm in the WRX, then it's just funny to embarrass them in an import.
i watched a gto run an s197 the other day and the gto was like 3 cars behind .far as ayour sn runnin one down idk ?i would deffinately look into an h/c/i before i would through my hat in the ring .
yeah, the z28 i saw was NOT stock.
ive ran a couple LT1's in my old '93 auto hatch.
almost every race was dead even, but that car weighed 3100lbs and pushed about 220rwhp.

Hopefully, if all goes according toplan i will havemost of the partsof a nastyengine that will make z06's look slow, it wont be in a car but it willjust about be all there. Course its not a windsor based engine, but all the same. Those ls1's are very good motors, ford based for sure. So of course they are gonna be fast.

Even though a stock LS7 on street rubber will rape you by .5 ET or better? [8D]
Provided it's driven well that is. Or have you run the 347 again and got better times?
