Used duplicolor's fabric/vinylinterior paint to do door panels and all hard plastic panels with the exception of the dash. Came out great and has been in the car for about a year now. I went from smoke grey to black. The main thing to do is make sure you thoroughly clean the areas you are working with. I used dawn/water for a rough cleaning then used Duplicolor's prep wipes to prep the area. On the door panels which are a softer vinyl, you just paint. On the hard plastic I used Duplicolor's adhesion promoter. Just follow the directions on the can regarding the amount of time between coats and between the adhesion promoter/color paint. I am very pleased with my results. Just some tricks I picked up: clean thoroughly, do a lot of light coats, don't paint if it is very humid out, and TAKE YOUR TIME. And no this isn't an exact factory match, but its close enough for me and Duplicolor is about half the price of the oem color matched paint from 5.0resto. Not to mention no shipping, and if you need more, you can run to autozone/advance for more. good luck.

Let me know if you would like some more pics as I think I have some on my PC somewhere.

I didthe leather steering wheel, air bag, and touch-up on some seat upholstery panels that I had replaced on my 94 GT and I think it looks great. Recent job so time will tell if it holds up.

I used the Opal Grey and primer from Texas Mustang (same as 5.0 Resto) and the color match is good.

I used Krylon Fusion paint for plastic with good results.
For black, the semi-gloss or "satin" finish looked best. Just the right amount of gloss

Prep and Coats are CRITICAL

Clean, Clean, Clean the parts.
Windex
then rubbing alcohol
2 or 3 times and allowing to dry in between.

Spay 2 to 3 VERY light coats
then a 4th Medium coat.

You will think it's done after the 3rd light coat
but it's not. Put on that 4th heavy coat being careful not to run it.
This will get all the little spots you missed
