so i put some 245s on the front. and theres some rubbing would it actually be rubbing the struts or just the panel that hangs down. anybody else have this issue. or an answer. thanks

Is the car lowered? Normally it will rub the strut on a full turn, you can get rack limiters for that.

 

no the car is stock height

 

I thought you could get wider than a 245 on foxes..?

My SN I have 275 up front on a 9" wheel and it sometimes rubs at full turn on the front swaybar.

 

your tires will NEVER rub on the strut, unless they were rubbing it as soon as you put the wheels/tires on

 

my front right rubs on the inner fenderwell at full lock turning the wheel left.

i only have 215's, but they are stretched on the '96 cobra rims im running (dumb *** previous owner did it)

yet, my front left never rubs when fully locked either way (there is no inner fenderwell on that side)

 

245's usually rub upfront on foxes

you can get limiters or run a smaller tire

i run a 255 in the rear and it barely fits

 

my front only rubs on hard turns (granted the tire is a good, 1/4 of an inch from the fender, thats inward, i need to raise it) but on full turns my wheels grind on the A arms

 

What size rim and what backspacing do you have?

 

yeah i only have a rub on full turn.
