Default 5 lug conversion

I'm wanting to do a 5 lug conversion on my 1992 fox body lx and was wondering if anyone knew is it possible to take the rear discs off a 94-98 (i know i would need a new e-brake cable) and bolt them up to my car......i was wondering if i needed any special brackets or anything like that.....i just don't see the need to pay $700 to SSBC or any other company if i could just do this with slight modification.

do you think i should upgrade the master cylinder since going to disc brakes you supposudley need to be able to hold more fluid

yes you have to upgradethe MC. maximum motorsports has a 3-2 port conversion and an adjustable proportioning valve you will need.
