CAI Build
So ive gotten many oppinions on the cold air intake and alot say that its not worth the money to spend 100-200 bucks on a cold air intake system from companys like bbk and such. So i wanna save a little money and build my own. So what size tubing should i build from or does the tubing size matter?
Anyone got any suggestions on how to build an affective system?

RE: CAI Build
gradual curves and get as little shrinkage in the metal(or whatever material you use) as possible
your best bet is probably to take some coat hanger and bend up the general shapes you need, as good as you can, and take them to a metal supply shop and have them mandrel bend you a tube of similar size to the TB/EGR, and then get the connectors and ring clamps

well, im not entirely familiar with the SN95 Intake, but you should have the MAF sensor, which is seperate, and just connected via connectors, and the main tube should be fairly easy, its almost a straight shot, am i correct?
you could get a peice of hose of a diameter similar to your tubes, and get big hose clamps

RE: CAI Build
get something like 90mm in size, you can always grow into that.
theres a bend in the bbk pipe for sn95's, right before the maf, which is the worst spot.
