picked up my 90Lx last weekend. drove it 100 miles home and found out it has a tranny leak. thinking its a front seal or pump seal on the AOD. I'm so impressed with the way this thing runs, and sounds. i did drive it around a bit before i tore into the tranny problem.

here are the specs on it.
90LX 105 on body, 98or99 expoder swap. GT40p heads, and GT40 intake
BBK c/a/i
BBK h pipe with cats(ungutted) and flows
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
urethane motor and trans mounts
underdrive pulleys
motorsport shorty headers
LenTec converter and valvebody with OD lockout switch. street terminator model
new brake booster,master cyl and wheel cyl
weld wheels
original turbine wheels
has 3.27 gears and came with motorsport 3.73 w/ install kit
new 6 piece headlight kit, to replace old yellow headlights

i think thats it. i hope to have found a nice mid 12sec car. i'm also going to replace header gaskets while its apart, and give it a fresh tune up, and oil change. can't wait to get it all back together. i have ordered parts catalogs from jegs, summit, CJ pony parts, and steeda. its so fun to sit and create wish lists i'm sure i'll be around asking questions and posting diferant things from time to time.

oh yea is there anything i should know when getting parts togther for my tune up? i'm looking at motorsport wires, OEM cap and rotor, autolite plugs.

Lx didn't come with "original turbine wheels". They had 10 hole wheels until 91, then Pony star wheels. 87-90 GT's had the turbine wheels.

Sounds like a sweet car though..
