RE: how much hp?
not to be harsh but your not at 350.
cobra's have gt40 motors and with those mods your LUCKY if your at 275, unless you have a cam too then you may be at or a little above 275. if you want 375 or around there i'd recommend a small, blower friendly cam, and a low boost blower like novi 1000, that should put you between 350-400 if tuned right.

mabye 220 at the wheels.
when i first had my 91 dynoed, it had an intake, a "B" cam, roller rockers and exhaust and it made 246rwhp.
it takes quite a bit to break 300rwhp.

he should be at 250 i would imagine, depending on if its got a cam.

RE: how much hp?
ya to get to 300rwhpwith a 302you need to have a descent h/c/i combo in ur case ur heads would need porting and polishing, so would ur cobra intake to match, and matching cam with all the suporting mods... to get to 375 ur gonna need a 100 shot of nitrous or a blower w small boost
ne ways hella cool birthday gift

RE: how much hp?
Just an idea, take it to a shop with a chassis dyno and find out just what you have.
Thinking about it, it's not really the expensive thing to do.......
Then you at least have a 'baseline' to work from if you want....

RE: how much hp?
Nice car, and congrats.
#1 Please dont rag it out. Take care of it and use your head.
#2 You have a strong car, no doubt. I would guess ~250RWHP like ctgreddy said.
#3 Your car would benefit form some sort of mid-pipe (H or X, O/R or Catted) b/c the stocks ones are restrictive as heck.
#4 You just got the car, be happy with, enjoy it, and learn to use the power you have before you worry about cams, heads, power adder, etc.
Good luck.
PS: you mean "Bullitt" rims, right?
