Default Should I get a Mustang?

I am looking at a 95' mustang gt. The guy is asking $4000 for it. It has a low mile motor and trans another gt that was swapped into it. On the car is 180,000 and on the motor and trans is about 86,000 miles. Is this a good deal. Anything to look for in a motor swap. Also the car has full suspension and the brakes have been upgraded to Baer brakes.

Iv seen 5.0 94-95s for $5000 that had less than 100k on them. A lot of them actually. When buying a car you really need to be patient. Do you know if the motor was installed professionally? Was it driven in the rain and winter(not sure if it snows where you are). Is there rust underneath it? Just some things to look for. 180k is quite a few miles.
