Default another stupid DIY TT build (VIDEOOOO)

Its been awhile in the making, but i'm on the down hill now. here's some pics.

before clean up and heads

after

intercooler

hotside pipes

passenger side turbo mounted, its close, but it clears everything

drivers side turbo my goal was to use as little piping as possibe and I had these piece pipes with flanges that bolted to my header flange so I made them work.

both mounted

passenger side pipe to intercooler, its done now, perfect, looks good for the welder i'm working with

more to come soon.

Its a stock block (unfortunately) bored, forged pistons and rods. Main girdle with main studs, Windsor Jr heads 170cc runners 1.94 1.60 valves, screw in studs, dual springs, stainless valves, 1.6:1 fms roller rocker and fms hardned pushrods. Fel-Pro 1133 MLS gasket with arp head studs holley systemax upper and lower with a 1 inch spacer. 42lb injectors c&l 76mm blow through, intercooler. aftermarket 2" aluminum radiator, adjustable fpr.

The turbos are the .60/.63 t3's.

Trans is an AOD with 4r70w stamped steel drums mechanical diode kevlar bands and clutches a+ servo B&M 2800 stall. with a B&M hammer shifter.

Running MSD 6 BTM ignition with boost timing retard. and NGK ur6 plugs (2 steps colder) 3.55 gears.

still have suspension to do but am gonna get it running first.

I'm lookin for about 500 rwhp but we'll see. i'd like anyting about 450.
