Default Is This even possible??

Is it possible to have such a big vacuum leak that after doing the HCI to the mustang to be slower then the stock 5.0, i was guessing the setup should of been around 350hp but feels slow as hell and can barely chirp tires in 2nd gear now, but it sounds like a big vacuum leak, so could that be possible to be slower right now becuase of such a leak??

hell yes it can be slower because of a leak. did you happen to hook your brake booster hose up? or tighten down the upper intake? Spray around the top of your motor with some brake cleaner and when the rpms shoot up, you found your leak!

Do a compression test. Valves could be adjusted wrong or cam timing could be off. Also have you checked ignition timing, and has it been tuned?

yea i havent gotten it tuned yet just for the fact that i want to have it running somewhat decent before getting a chip burnt so i dont have to get it redone, but im gonna check the valves and cam timing because i havent done so yet i thought it could of been the valves so i might of been right

give us your build and symptoms that you're having. that'll help us narrow down your issue. have you run koeo/koer self tests to find out if you're having issues?

did you stab your dizzy correctly? set your timing base to 10* spout out? reset base idle? set tps between .9 and 1.00 volt?? hook up your pcv and all your vac lines correctly?
