Alternator is there alot of work involved and is there like a direct fit 130 amp alternator that doesnt involve any work.

the only way to have a 130 amp alt without any work is to own an SSP or a '94-95 GT or GTS...

the only work involved is shaving down the mounting bracket. its easiest if you take the bracket off and use a grinder or cut off wheel. then you can splice the two wires together or the have a aftermarket conversion connector that you can probably buy on ebay, or 50resto.com

So just buy the 94/95 alternator and shave down the mounting bracket wire and I am good.

thats what i did. if you search the web or maybe the tech installs theres instructions, but it was pretty simple. you cut off one connector (one will be a direct fit) splice the orange and green ( i think) and the little white(i think) wire is the battery indicator light which you put a female connector end on and push on the alt. i know one wire is smaller than the other two, that is the dummy light(battery light for dash). search the tech articles just to be safe though
