Default Interior Noise

Okay so im getting ready to put new carpet in my vert and also do torque box reinforcements and some other goodies, so i have the back seat out now, and i have been driving around and have noticed how much road noise comes in the car especially being a vert... now i am contemplating either using a rubberized undercoating spray and doing the entire floor while i have all the seats and carpet out or using stuff like dynomat? any suggestions?
