any body know if the summit long tube headers are any good

 

someone else makes them for summit...
i bought accufabs, i like them.

 

I have never used Summits' exhaust components. I used their MAF and it worked well. However, like they say, you get what you pay for.

if your buying them new and u plan on to upgrade to a h/c/i or a blower i would definetely get the longtubes.

 

Long tubes tend to make their power up at the top end, where as shorties tend to make more power down low.

As far as branding goes, Id opt for a better brand. If you have to save your pennies. Plan ahead also, pick something that will work best for your ideal set up.
