man that response of efi makes me grit my teeth........it's known as a throttle body..just cause it has similar features as a carb doesn't mean it is excempt from fuel injection status...GM had such for many years on their trucks...and yes it does mean its fuel injection cause what are fuel injectors doing??? they are injecting the fuel into the intake....where as a carb draws the fuel in

so not all the 1985 are carbd? and what does the cfi look like?

looks like a funky carb but with 2 injectors on top

did all the 85 have them? and if i buy a car with the cfi does it use the same intake manifold as carbed cars? will it be a bitch to convert it to carb?

the auto cars are cfi, idk if it uses a standard carb flange or not

just find a 85 stick car and it should be roler block,carb and so on.


just a question are u familiar with tuning carbs?


trying to open up your options for a car huh?

yeah i saw the one on craiglist for 4000 and i think im going to get that but as far as tuning carb i have no idea
