Question Aluminum Flywheel

Ok so this could go in either spot gd or tech
but i got a 95 Cobra and i jus purchased a Ram Automotive Aluminum Flywheel that has never been used and still in the box. He jus got rid of his cobra so thats y i got it.

But it was too good of a deal to pass up but i heard that with an aluminum fly wheel it will cause more stress on ur motor then it would with the original flywheel.

I want to know if this is true and if it will be worth it.
My motor also has 97000 on it too.

Thanks
Steve

you'll be fine....an aluminum flywheel would actually be benificial for extended tranny life..... I have one on my 85 and one on my 66 and honestly I can't tell the difference when I drive my 92 which has a stock flywheel, and both cars with the aluminum flywheels launch hard
