I used a Centerforce DF with my Tremec 3550, best clutch & tranny I ever used...and I have a T-56 with the Cobra!

the promotion clutch is awesome...ask for Walt...VERY informative...i think a Kustum clutch is what they call it

just dont buy a clutch to buy one though...it will depend on what horsepower level you make...most clutches out there today are all good...its just choosing the right one for your power level...too much clutch will damage a tranny....its better to have your clutch give than your tranny!!

but if you are making about 300 hp...than there are several nice ones...McLeod, Centerforce, Kustum (promotion)

out of experience ive had the best luck with the Kustom (promotion clutch) out of all of them...i ran that clutch for 2 years HARD...6000 rpm launches....313 rwhp...never slipped, never smelled, still going strong today...sold the car a year ago and the guy is still using the same clutch!!

i DID however break 3 input shafts on a spec stage 3...that was way too much clutch for my power level (313rwhp)...i bought that clutch cause i thought it was the thing to do...Walt at promotion informed me of why the input shaft broke...

if you just cruise the car...any clutch will do...if you are going to race...then thats a different story...
