Default got a new hood

went and picked up a storman norman hood today. heres the link, needs alittle work but its in decent condition

idk what they were doing. thers actually not holes just spots thats been sanded down. also it looks like someone was cutting stars with a cut off wheel but they dont go all the way threw. ill fix it saturday afternoon, but i talk the guy down to 120 so i dont think it was a bad deal other than i had to drive and hour and a half to get it

not for sure if it the proper way buti got some bondo-glass and some sandpaper lol, no my father in laws goin to help me out, hes not a perfessional but he painted hes car after he read like 10 books and watch a bunch of videos it i turned out very nice

Its not hard to fix, as long as they dont go through. Just remember to feather the edges of the bondo patch, not to use the 80 grit over the sides..

thanks for th ereminder, yeah it shouldnt be hard, ill get some pics up as soon as i get my camera back and have some before and afters.

Im thinkinf of painting it a flat black for now cause i plan on doing a complete paint job in the future, im thinkin a metallic blue on top with a silver bottom, maybe a yellow pin stripe deviding the two. thats kinda like my father in laws rv-8 plane scheme, its a nice color combination

ok got it done, came out decent got the ol rattle can stripes but hey it works lol
