summit wheels request

can u guys post sum pics of the summit wheels (either the draglite or prostar look-a-likes). preferibly on a fox body.

here is a member that i havent seen in a while. he had summit prostar wheels. the picture sucks. but he then switched to 5lug later on and got 5 lug weld pro stars




i think im going to get the summit prostars cause they are cheap, come in 4 lug, and look dead schexy.

why buy a drag wheel look a like and not have a wheel thats as heavy as a stock wheel?

and fivepointohhh he post on another site more often now

they are aluminum one piece wheels, they are still a lot lighter than stock not as light as the weld brand. well....at least lighter than that damn eagle alloys i have, i think each wheel weighs like freakin 50 pounds.


and IIRC bighungrymatt said they only weighed like 3 pounds difference from summit to the welds and the summits didnt rattle or whatever the welds do cause of the two piece design.

the ones i have picked up felt like they were the same weight. summit stars compared to 95 gt waffle wheels

weight wise, how did they compare? how do they look in person? the picture quality isnt the greatest, no offense, just curious cause i think im going that way.

If you like the look, don't mind a little extra weight it's a good wheel for street use. It uses conical lug nuts and not the shanks. Pretty good deal on them. Thought about a set to mount some slicks on. Then again if some cashola don't start flowing soon I may be running a set of them full time, lol
