Default Too Loud?

I have a 91lx with a pypes violater cat-back. If I were to take off the original H pipe and install an off road X pipe with headers, would I be cited for being too loud?? I should note I live in California... Thanks

If you do get a ticket, you have to get it fixed then go get it inspected, or have an officer sign it off. Just like tint.

driving with no cats in cali is not a very good idea. its a federal enforced ticket of $1500+ per cat thats missing.
