theres two of them and they're directly below the winshield washer resevoir inside the driver side fenderwell. They are circular(3" round) and say Sparco, one says low and ones say hi. I was getting rid of the resevoir and these were in the way.

yep, the two parts are the low and hi horns. If my car was for track, id keep them off. I was suprised to see how big the washer resevoir was (13"x7"). This probably weighs as if you had a gallon of water riding in you fender.
