First off, I would take care of my loan. Either pay it off or sell the Durango and pay it off that way. If you want one of or both of his cars, see what he will take in cash for them. No sense in chasing loans for different cars. Pay them off first and then go play. JMHO

I told my parents I want it after it dies and they get a new truck...

yank the 4.7 magnum and put in the 5.7 that came in the durango RT's

but I am for the trading of the cars as I said before... both of those stangs look to be in great shape... I'd do it...

hmm, guess I am lucky... never had a major problem with the thing...

it ate a few wheel studs, but they turned out to be defective and have since been replaced......

but not bad for almost 200 K...

as for 2, guess your right... was always a fun thought tho.... now how about a viper or srt-10 engine hahaha!
