No its a dart block. I was under the impression the Pro Bullet was a dart block but I guess I was wrong.

No its deff. not legal but I didnt build it for the track I built it for the street. I may take it once or twice to find out what she runs.

lil iffy about the snakes on the fenders... it looks like an awesome cobra clone... too bad they didnt build a '93 cobra vert...
