Default Locking lug nut

I went to take off my front wheels for the first time to replace the front fender only to find that it has a locking lug nut on it. I looked but didn't find the key to get it off. I have the stock pony wheels on them. I was wondering if these came from the factory and I would have to get a key from ford or is this most likely put on by the previous owner. The lug nut is a circle with threads on the outside. It looks like you stick a nut or something on the inside to get it off. Thanks for any help.

I often get a 12 pt socket close to outside diameter of locking lug and smack it on with a hammer and use a breaker bar to loosen

Been there done that. Do what mjr said. I"m not 100% sure but i think there were at least 4 different versions of the keyed lug so i'm not sure if you could order the right one anyway.
