Default CAI bracket

I ordered a MAC fenderwell cold air intake in late November. I didn't know about Texas Hot Rod before and i found it on ebay. I waited about a month for it to finally arrive. Anyway I went to put it on this past weekend and they sent me the wrong bracket. I have a 1992 and they sent me the bracket for the 94-95. I have tried calling them but no one ever seems to answer. I have a feeling this might take a while. I knows its a stretch but does anyone happen to have one they aren't using that they would be willing to sell. I am going to keep trying to get a hold of them. If not I might have to make one.

It is the bracket that that mounts to the side of the engine bay. Where the original air box was mounted.

The part that is in the yellow circle. I just talked to a friend that is going to school for in South Dakota for car building that said he has all the tools and what not to make it if I can't get a hold of them.

Sounds like you've got it covered then.

Curiosity though ........ MAC sent the pipe with the filter but it's not welded to the plate where the old air box attached to the inner fender?

Is the last pipe that the filter hooks up to suppose to be welded to the bracket? The kit they gave me came with two pipes, the bracket for under the MAF, couple of blue silicone connectors and the bracket.

I just look at the MAC site and it now looks like they supply a donut where the pipe passes through the bracket.
I bought that same MAC unit 8 yrs ago and at that time the pipe with the filter was welded to the bracket was the reason I asked.
