As it is, my stock shifter sucks *****. Wondering if I should go MGW or Hurst or perhaps pro5.0 short throw shifter. Question is which will work best with a t5 and my mods? If that even really matters besides the trans type.

Another question, I'm not too fancy at transmission repairs or what to look for, but at the moment my 2nd gear is sloppy, as in i have to jam it or when i'm normally shifting i have to take a few tries to get it into second. Would this be a trans issue, or a shifter issue. I can understand if this is hard to tell without seeing pics or whatnot of the trans and shifter itself.

 

MGW hands down, ive had the b&m and ive drivin buddys cars with all the others and mgw is by far my favorite.
