Default Diff gear decision help

I'm trying to decide which gears but I need a little help. I don't race my car ('93 notch) so it is just drive it on the weekends. Everybody says 3.73's but I want to be able to cruise the interstate at 70-80 mph without the engine peged out. On the other hand my 2.73's I have not has got to go. Of these gears listed below, what would the RPM's be at 70mph:

-3.08
-3.27
-3.55
-3.73

3:73s one of the best all around gear sets for naturally aspirated street cars.

373 is a very good improvement all arround and especially for a highway driven car. I have a 90-100 mile all highway trip twice a week and its perfectly tame. I tend to ride the right lane, but thats mostly because I drive like an old woman that just got out of church gears or no gears. 65-70 its 1900-2200ish (havent gotten the right speedometer gear so its guessing at this point)
