I've got two 8.8 rear ends that I have had in the garage for a while and have been wanting to put them up on CL but I keep contemplating on how much to sell them for, can I get some help on figuring out some descent prices?

The first one I got is a stock '93 rear end with unlimited-slip I was told, I'm thinking $150?

The second I had bought off my very good friend (super good deal and I didn't need it at the time but he was in some desperate need of cash and I took it off his hands for a very descent price) and Its a SVO rear end (I was told, I never made sure) with 3.55 gears, disc brakes, 5 lug, and its a TRUE-POSI. I have no idea what to let this one go for and I need the most help on this one.

Both rear-ends are kind of dirty. Average dirtyness after years of being under a fox but none the less in good condition.

stock 93 rear, with stock gears... $100

the SVO unit... with the brakes, $250

 

rear end out of 93 if it was a 5.0 = trac loc
rear end out of svo = trac loc also

The "Unlimited slip" is probably a 7.5 from a 4 cyl Mustang. The SVO unit is a 7.5 inch unit even with 5 lug and posi. I wouldnt give you 2 cents for either one.

 

I have had my stock rear on CL for a few months for $50, no interest.

 

I have a posi 7.5 I can't give away and it has new brake shoes and drums, anybody???? lol

 

So your telling me that If I said give me 2 cents for either rear-end you wouldn't take them?
