Help setting my clock

I cant seem to figgure out how to set the clock on my radio, I have the owners manual and it didnt say how to set the clock, it just told me how to toggle between station and clock display.

i have the original cassette radio and you have to hold down the clock button and press the seek button left or right

thanks, its been driving me nuts. I feel like i did trying to set a vcr back in the 90s!
