Default transmission block plate

ok so this is probably a stupid question but I took my engine and trans out, gonna rebuild both. I saw that it didnt have a transmission block plate on it. I am gonna order one but I just gotta ask, where does it bolt to? Does it bolt to the behind the flywheel and then the bellhousing to that?? any input is most appreciated, thank you

lol, that thin little sheetmetal guy ?

Yea, we put the trans on our motor, only to realize the plate had to go on before the flywheel lol.

Yes, plate, then flywheel, then the rest. If you look at my build thread, youll see me post pics saying yay trans is on the motor, no worries I'll put the plate on later. Then youll see everyone say, no you won't put it on later because it has to go on first, then you see me go #%@%%#@%%%%%$$$#@%#@%%#@%@# and then I post a pic with it on lol.....I was pissed

Can you post a link to your "build thread" I really would like to see how this goes together. Been trying to search every post you have on this forum and cannot seem to locate the specific thread your are referring to. Your help is greatly appreciated.
