just watched your vids. car sounds good. sounds REAL good in the 2nd vid. quiet idle, but when you rev it, omg it sounds great.

every 306 ive ever heard sounds awesome. h/c/i 302s sound great too though. what did your car have done to it when u made those vids?

second vid being the dynomax bullets really surprised me..heck my wife loves them,and now are going on her jeep.

awesome. thanks for the rundown. so just a 302 then or 306? only reason i ask if because you were saying the difference of sound between a 302 and 306.

no the cylinder pressure..i was 177 psi before it gave out..what's a stock 302? 125 135 psi? the added pressure has to go some where right?


it was a dss 306 for 7yrs now it's an open engine bay

i have the stock manifolds/headers whatever, o/r h-pipe, and the mufflers...
i have a 306, TFS stage 1 cam, eddy rpm heads, eddy rpm 2 intake.

cylinder pressure/cam timing/head flow/intake flow..

truthfully i can not tell a difference in the vids i posted...they were both loud!

shoot my 98gt sounded better/louder than my old 306...

Thats pretty obvious imo, it's near impossible to get the exact sound of another car

that was what i was trying to get at...someone hears a video or one at the track..then you ask what's on it..you go get it,and boy does it sound like crap or damn that is waay to loud..

also take into consideration the different media that record the sounds as well as the acoustics of the area being filmed

now not to get off topic like you seem to want to do.... but.... i got it cause its the best car for the money, hands down i love my stangs. and i make mine different, i try to do different things from others. which is why i got my mufflers, i've NEVER heard them on any vids or anything when i got them and i figured i'd go for em. dont hate cause you're a mopar guy. lol
