Well when I do go with a new motor I'm thinking about 351 stroked to 408. I was under the impression you need different headers for a 351. I figure I can sell what ever I buy on ebay and make a bit of money back.

.... or just hold off on headers, since they really dont do to much for you on a pretty stock 5.0, Do H/X-pipe, and cat back, it'll sound nice and save you some money

put that money into suspension, fuel system, rearend, trans... That way when you do buile your monster you wont brake everything else!

+1 for rearend. If you swap gears it WILL be the most bang for you buck upgrade. I have the bbk unquel shorty headers on my 95 5.0. The only issue i had was the oil dipstick had to be played around with to fit around the new tubes. and back into the block

The reason I want to get new headers is because one of them is warped too much to seal and I have a very annoying exhaust leak. I don't know what brand they are but they are rusted to **** and not stock.
I am also thinking I might build up my rear end soon with all new bearings, gears, and axles, but hold off on everything else since I am thinking about buying a rust free 4 banger and transferring everything over.
