Default Ebay intakes

Has anyone tried the 5.0 intakes offered on Ebay?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/86-87...1%7C240%3A1318

Are they worth the money?

very nice piece for a knock off intake. lots of material which is great for porting. great flow. but in stock form they have rough casting that will need to be cleaned up prior to installing.

here is the porting i did, stock vs. eddie RPM II intake space. bigggg difference

I kind of figured that, just trying to see if anyone had tried them. I have since seen some name brand ones for just a little more anyways.

i noticed a SOTP difference after install. it was very prominate. so it isnt a shyte intake by any means...you just have to work with it the guy from BOI who i bought it from provided me with a flo chart and dyno sheet on a fox and it was a good increase for a stock fox. 14hp iirc on a mustang dyno. i would post em up but that was almost 3 years ago and i didnt know any better then to keep that kind of stuff.

It's a good knock off of the Edelbrock Performer. Professional Products is becoming a real player in the speed parts game. It's a good intake

not to mention very very helpful customer service and a lot of their products are cheaper than 50resto.com

like the rad support i just ordered. i save almost 100 in shipping and saved 30 on the product itself.
