after a year with an O/R h-pipe I had to swap back to stock for the smog inspection, its soooooo quiet now... I dont know when to shift, I can have a conversation inside the cabin and now you can hear my P/S pump and header exhaust leak

 

Damn emissions... pretty soon it's gonna come to the point where vehicles have to stay completely factory stock... get your inspection and take the bastard right off, **** umm. Right now, where I live anyhow, they're passing a law that everything on a vehicle has to have an engineers stamp of approval. No more DIY. Good thing I have friends in high places... my car and half the ones around here would never pass inspection otherwise.. Worlds becoming a sad place..

ah that sucks! i just got my car r tested yesterday and it just barly passed but i only had 1/2 o2 sensors working lol

 

oh I tried, trust me, I was willing to go $100 over the 'normal' rate but I guess I looked like a bait car?

I need mufflers also so I might look into a straight thru resonator, be legal and have some sound, since I love the fact the car is idling ALOT better

Thats prolly the main reason I will never live in cali. I will proly have to do the same to get my inspection sticket when I get the 93 running. But I do know of a shop that looks over that stuff.
