pulleys are touching?

Default pulleys are touching?

can someone tell me why my crank pulley is touching my water pulley?

Because you have installed or the previous owner has installed the wrong parts. Get a pic and we can tell you which is the problem.

i cant sorry... its just touching a little bit its a motor out of a 92 bronco and it has my water pump on from my original mustang motor and the the crank pulley is from the bronco.. so is the the crank pulley bigger in the broncos?

Thats what it sounds like. Which timing cover do you have on it?

yea but i got another pulley at a junkyard and its the same size 6'' 5/8 but i have the timing chain cover from the bronco on is that diff then the mustangs?

The Water pump should be at the same height. You just need the right pulleys

Ok, so you say the crank pulleys are the same size. What about the water pump pulley? The timing cover shouldn't be different being a 92. That does sound like a big crank pulley but its been months since I have even set eyes on my cars....damn deployment... but anyway just double check what you have. There should be at least an inch between them.

yeah i'll figure something out i might just buy a set of u/d pulleys that should solve the problem
