No i ment the door panel on the inside of the door that just hangs on the door, not the actual metal skin of the door.

A shift ****/lever might be easy and cool

got the kmember installed today. front end should be back together tomorrow and hoping to get the dash back in tomorrow also

also how do you get that brake booster out. i thought it was attatched to 4 bolts that are under the dash but it still doesnt seem like it wants to budge. any tips?

Did you detach the lever to the brake pedal?
