I have zero compression on my motor right now. What are the top things that i need to check? Oh by the way someone did some motor work on the car such as cam, new rockers and pushrods. Could it be because the pushrods are not long enough or too long? or maybe rockers are down too tight?

i would START by removing the valve cover and inspecting... then unbolt the rockers so you know the valves should be closed. then do the test again?
0 just kinda sends a chill down your spine....

i'd have to say too long pushrods, PTV wasnt checked, and possibly bent valves

+1

Maybe if you were lucky the pushrods were just too long or the rockers are too tight, and your valves are ok.

hopefully its just the pushrods... sometimes you get lucky and PTV issues bend pushrods...

but I like being pessimistic

remove all the rockers and push rods and do a leakdown test, you'll need a specific tool/ gauge for that, based on the results this test renders you, you'll know if the valves are bent by where you hear the air hissing from and the percentage of leakage per cyl the tool registers
