I currently have grey interior. I am either going to put in black carpet and recover the seats grey or convert to all black interior. What do you guys think about all black?? Has anyone painted their door panels and other interior pieces black?? If so, how did it turn out and what is the best stuff to use??

 

Someone has done that(repaint the doors etc) but I dont recall where that thread was. I think you need to find the right stuff, you cant just use a allpurpose black paint or such because it wont look and feel right. Not to mention it will probably flake off later etc.

Im debating a similar task: when I get racing seats, I plan on getting the forza microsweude by corbeau, they dont make a grey seat, soooo Ill have to probably dye my carpet black to make it look better, not sure yet.

 

I have converted everything from red to black using SEM color coat.....make sure you get related parts like the cleaner, adheason promoter, vinyl prep etc....it works great, and it will scratch but it takes alot of force.....its excellent i have also recovered the seats in black vinyl...well worth it!!

 

Titanium grey interior w/ power everything. Black leather cobra shift **** w/ aftermarket leather shift boot. Titanium grey leather seats. Console delete, full interior... LOVE it. Looks soo good with a working ash tray door and center console delete.
