I just used a factory replacement for an 89 from autozone. Works fine.

anyone know what size tire is on the back of these cars? wheel specs?

most of those wheels are probably 8 to 10 inches wide with a 5 to 6 inch backspacing. The tires could be anywhere from a mickey thompson 235/60/15 drag radial to a 275/60/15 and up... As with any wide tire on the foxbodies, you have to roll the fender and depending on you backspacing, pound the inner fender. also, take the quad shock off and upgrade your lower control arms... the first notch, I thought I heard it had 295's on it, idk
