i have a brand new 347 i have a holley adjustable reg., and holley 255lph pump.i just started her for the first time 2 days ago and i have had a slew of small battles i have over come but this pulse noise or tick(valve train) has me baffled . few itews i have not purchased that would make this easier would be a guage to check my current pressure. but my question is , has anyone heard escessive fuel injector pulse noise(motor carft 30lbs) or should i be looking at my valve train?the rollers feel tight which leads me to belsive that tyhe valve train is solid. going insane

 

you need to check the lash and preload on the lifters/check valvetrain adjustment
