Default Tubular GT40 intake value

What is a tubular gt40 intake worth? The guy is selling the upper the lower and the cover for it that says 5.0 HO and has the running pony on it.

There is one on ebay that the guy is selling selling it in 3 pieces but it is getting close to $600, I think that is a little on the pricey side.

Any more it seems to be that the cover is worth about the same price as the upper and lower.

I was lucky I bought my Tubular GT-40 3 yrs ago, paid $250 and the lower was already ported.

Yeah you were lucky. I have heard of people paying almost that much for the explorer intake.

Paid 170 for the explorer intake... then sold it.

Tubulars are the best looking EFI intake IMO. I have seen them for $600 and as low as $300.

Are they the best flowing intake? What RPM range are they best suited for? Capable of being ported?

the lower can be ported for sure, the upper cannot and does not need to

the upper/lower is worht $500-$600 depends on cleanliness, the cover alone has sold for over $300 often, and is very hard to find

$600 for all 3 is a steal IMO
