so I've finally come up with some money to paint my car. I'm wantin some suggestions on what colors and I know I'm wanting stripes just don't what color but something unique

I've always wanted to paint my car a dark gunmetal gray with metallic flake in it. I saw a picture of a nissan gtr with a nice gunmetal gray paint job and fell in love.

the blue is a little pale for my tastes but may look good on the car if thats style you like. id have to see it. i really like the hugger orange but i think it would be a little obnixous on a dd but would be cool on race car or a car that is in limited use.

 

I was lookin at that too but my 85 was orange at least somewhat

 

i like fords new blue too (grabber blue?) ive seen gt500's in it with white stripes. its kinda like your link but not so pale

A local guy painted his Fox a color like that and , it looks well,,, different.

Stand out in the crowd,, Hugger Orange is the way to go

 

that's actually not a new color They came on the late 60 and early 70 model ford cars,and When I was going to school for collision repair they had some left over paint and I was very tempted to paint it like that
