Exclamation VOLTAGE PROBLEMS!!!

I HAVE A 1992 MUSTANG AND MY VOLTAGE GOES FROM 14 TO 9...USUALLY IT STAYS AT 10. AND MY LIGHTS ARE WEAK.....I HAVE A NEW ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY... SO WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM???????? PLZ HELP

Need more info. Stock oe alt? Underdrives? If so, time to convert to the 3G set up

its a a autozone brand one... i believe stock....and yes i have pullies

ok thank you...what if the alternator isnt the problem? what else can it be? my battery is good....so its not the battery

make sure ur ground is good on the car. also check wires and see if there not crispy or to far gone.

Yea mine did that jumping around come to find out the ground on battery wasnt sitting on the negative post right
