Default 4r70w question

I'm doing a 3.8 to 5.0 swap in my 98 stang & was wanting to know besides beefing up the trans internals are there any other road blocks in mating up the 3.8 trans to the 5.0 engine. I know that the bolt patterns are the same.

well if its a push rod 3.8 then your 5.0l will drop right into place cause the 3.8 and 5.0l have the same pounting points and same bell housing as this applys to the 5.8 to
