No, the people who work at autozone are gay....

 

or maybe because the quad shock are very similar to a steering stabilizer... they are just mounted to two different places on diff vehicles

 

i work at advance so i'd have to agree we have customers who say the guys at autozone said they didn't have a idle air control unit so i called up autozone from work and asked if they had it then told them to look under emissions section and look for iac....omg look idle air control lmfao!!! sorry just my 2 cents

So on the other hand does anyone not run the quads? and just use the shocks ? my 83 was like that and think it had slapper bars, but someone took em off...

 

After you upgrade the lower control arms the quad shocks are not needed....usually
