And since he's such a ****wad, I decided to make a post of my own. This is the guy who ended up buying the car, and now he's trying to turn a profit on it by being COMPLETELY dishonest. That doesn't fly with me, especially when I can do something about it. I already had one person email me saying thanks because I saved them a trip.

so you ever find out what was wrong with it? got to be something if they guy who just bought it is selling it. says he's selling because hes expecting a kid any day but im pretty sure he knew when he bought the car he had a kid on the way

 

No, but I know something was definitely serious. I think the car was wrecked and they completely sprayed it over to hide it. Either that or some cancer creeping up on the body or something like that. Whoever this Joe guy is.. wow. LOL. That's all I have to say about it.

 

1800 you cant go too wrong, even if you needed to part it out to recover every bit of the cash you probably could.

 

Check out my update in my last post. That's the reason why I bumped it. For 1800 it's FAIR taking the risks in mind, but for 3800 and a bunch of lies by the latest owner it isn't.

 

As soon as i opened this post and seen the pics I knew what car you were talking about. I was browsing st louis craigslist today and seen the ad, opened it up and thought "Wow" lol. But something must be up for him to really try to press you into a deal like that, unless he is actually that desperate.

Also, I loved your ad about every detail wrong with the car. It sounds like you know way more about the car than the seller haha.

 

The PRIOR owner tried suckering me into the car. This dumbass actually fell for it. He's trying to make money off someone and sucker someone else at the same time. Not cool at all. He has had the car since around the time I made this post, so ALMOST a full year, if that.. and between that time - he definitely knew he had a kid on the way, so that's another typical bull**** excuse.
