Didnt know there was holes in the back of the heads, good to know. And for the earlier posts, my car is not efi, and i dont want to disassemble my motor because it is brand new and has MAYBE 20 miles on it. Thanks for the compliment on the car.

Mostly just for room, rewiring the whole car, tucking wires, repainting engine bay, and i need to get to the trans too because it needs a new speedo gear.

Yeah, i know. I got the car after the guy painted it and he had no more money for it so i got it, they were already there. They dont bother me much at all. But i understand how all the misbadging works..

 

you should be able to easily pull them, and then color sand/polish the area so it looks the exact same. I know my 5.0 badges were just taped, and all i had to do when i removed them was take a puddy spreader (so you dont scratch it) and just work my way behind it...

if you guys are in IL maybe next spring we should all meet up with our revamped stangs for a photoshoot or something. i'm in IA so we arent too far. maybe meet in the quad cities or something. or drive up to joliet dragway.
