Default hp question

ok i bought a 1989 mustang with a fully built 302 just installed. literally the motor had been driven up and down my 50ft driveway about 10 times before i acquired it. The previous owner told me the engine builder told him the motor should be making 275hp. I'm not sure thats so accurate though from the engine build sheet i got from him.

ported and polished stock heads
E303 cam
K&N Filter
MSD Distributor
Shorty 5/8" tubed headers
bbk offroad h-pipe 2.5"
Flowmaster 40 mufflers

what do you guys think? 250?

rwhp is all that really matters because there is roughly a 20 percent loss through the drivetrain
