Looks like fun. I never did like the look of the big shifter in the car but I guarantee that thing is easier to adjust than the stock shifter and cable lol.

 

thats a nice shifter. i would ditch that mounting plate. it mounts the shifter so far forward its hard to reach.....impossible if you have a 5 point harness on.

here is how i mounted mine. i dont smoke so i dont miss the ash tray or its broken door
