Default help me out here

just replaced the heater core in my car. I started it up to get it warm and put the necessary water in it I started pouring out of the neck so I shut the car off, and waited about 30 secs or so before I tried to start it again.
now it will not run, it just keeps turning over .
i hear the fuel pump running, but its kinda hard for me to check for spark since I have no one hear with me right now. So tell me what you think it could be> I'm kinda irritated with it right now

All you need to fix it is a left handed crescent wrench.
